This privacy policy applies to the Raceshift app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Marco Illarietti (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited non-personal information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address).
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages.
• The operating system used on your mobile device.

The Application does not collect precise location data and currently does not use AI technologies to process user data.

Push Notifications & Firebase

The Application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide notifications for race sessions and updates. This service requires an anonymous "push token" to deliver messages. No personal identity is linked to this token. You can opt-out of notifications at any time via your device settings.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the links to the providers used:

Future Changes

The Service Provider may update this policy to reflect future features such as Analytics or Premium features. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes.

Data Retention & Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Since the Application does not require a login, no user-provided personal data is stored on our servers.
