These terms and conditions apply to the Raceshift app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Marco Illarietti (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Raceshift is an unofficial fan application. It is not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or approved in any way with the Formula 1 group of companies. F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trade marks of Formula One Licensing B.V.. All race data, team names, and trademarks are used for descriptive and informational purposes only under "fair use" principles.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or any part of our branding is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code or create derivative versions of the Application.

Accuracy of Information

While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate (race times, standings, results), we rely on third-party data providers. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from relying on the schedules or data provided by the Application. Always check official sources for final session timings.

Future Changes and Charges

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for specific features (Premium version) at any time. Any such charges will be clearly communicated and will require explicit user consent.

Service Obligations

• You are responsible for maintaining your device's security (avoiding "rooting" or "jailbreaking").
• An active internet connection is required for most features. The Service Provider is not responsible for data charges or lack of functionality due to poor connectivity.

Termination

The Service Provider may terminate the use of the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
